We can supply plant and machinery for the manufacture of welding electrodes.We are also specialized in undertaking turnkey projects from conception to implementation.The production capacity of following projects is based on 300 working days of 8hrs per day working shift.

600MT / year Welding Electrodes Manufacturing Plant

This Plant is equipped with a 2MT per shift extruder, supporting equipments are Dry Mixer, Wet Mixer, Cake maker,Wire Cutter,Baking Oven ( 200° C ) and Baking trays.

1500 MT / year Welding Electrodes Manufacturing Plant

This Plant is equipped with 5 MT per shift extruder, supporting equipments are Dry Mixer, Wet Mixer, Cake maker,Wire Cutter,Baking Oven ( 400° C ) and Baking trays.

3000 MT / year Welding Electrodes Manufacturing Plant

This Plant has 2 extrusion lines for manufacturing full range of SMAW electrodes.2 nos of 5 MT per shift extruder, supporting equipments are Dry Mixer, Wet Mixer, Cake maker,Wire Cutter,Baking Oven ( 400° C ) , Baking trays, Wire Drawing Plant, Chemical and Physical testing laboratory and supporting workshop.

Turnkey Project: Welding Electrodes Manufacturing Plant

The scope of this includes the supply welding electrodes manufacturing plant and equipment including Wire drawing plant, Chemical and Physical testing laboratory and supporting workshop.The scope also includes establishing quality standards as per ISO 9000-2000 and approving the products with 3rd party agencies like ABS, BV, DNV. Lloyds etc.
